BMW i8 of Ca Mau tycoon - the fever has not stopped

BMW i8 is a new phenomenon in the Vietnamese car enthusiast community. Never before in history has the number of i8s imported into the country so quickly and in such large numbers. From just a few cars, the number of hybrid supercars in Vietnam has now increased to about 35 cars.

The i8 in Ca Mau appeared around January, then the owner gave it a new look. It has a main color of black with blue stripes as highlights, but this original color appears everywhere in Vietnam, so the owner wanted to upgrade it, turning the blue places into green.

Basic decals change the color a bit, but the i8 gives a strange effect, creating a good highlight. The other parts are almost unchanged. The engine is still a hybrid with a machine1.5 liter 3-cylinder gasoline engine with 228 horsepower, combined with an electric motor for a total maximum capacity of 362 horsepower, maximum torque of 570 Nm. 6-speed automatic transmission.

The car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.4 seconds before reaching a top speed of 256 km/h.With just the electric motor, the BMW i8 can travel 35 km and has a maximum speed of 135 km/h. If both motors are combined, the i8 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds before reaching a limited speed of 250 km/h.
