"One way to find criminals quickly is to seek the cooperation of everyone in the area where I live in Chiba province...", Mr. Hao wrote.

As reported by Family & Society Newspaper, this morning (April 3), the remains of Le Thi Nhat Linh (9 years old), the victim murdered in Japan on March 24, were completed by the local authorities of Bai Say 3 village, Tan Dan commune (Khoai Chau district, Hung Yen) and her family.

It has been 10 days since the accident happened to little Nhat Linh and during that time, the victim’s relatives and family have suffered such great pain that suddenly fell upon them. Therefore, the cries of sorrow and grief are still covering the house where little Linh’s paternal home lives.

Sitting alone, looking sadly at his daughter's portrait, Mr. Le Thanh Hao (born in 1982, the victim's father) gradually calmed down after the past days of grief. Also on the evening of April 2, after holding a memorial service for his daughter, Mr. Hao shared with a reporter from Family & Society Newspaper that the family would inform the Vietnamese and Japanese press about the incident.

“Up to now, I have somewhat calmed down and regained my composure. However, the pain is still there, especially since the authorities have not yet caught the suspect. Therefore, I sent a heartfelt letter written in Vietnamese and Japanese to the press agencies of Vietnam and Japan on behalf of the family,” said Mr. Hao.

PV of Family & Society Newspaper would like to convey the entire content of Mr. Hao's letter to the press agencies of Vietnam and Japan:

"I was very sad when my daughter encountered this incident. After bringing my daughter to the resting place she wanted, I felt more at peace. I would like to thank everyone and the organizations and companies that helped my daughter to her final resting place.

But for my child to rest in peace, the people who killed my child must be caught soon. At present, I do not have much information about the people who killed my child. I also do not know how to catch the criminals soon.

But perhaps one way to find the criminal early is to seek the cooperation of everyone in the area where I live in Chiba Prefecture and the areas where the items my child was carrying were found.

Check the camera videos recorded on the road and on the cars participating in those sections to track down suspects.

Online communities that have information related to my daughter, track down those who spread rumors implying the murder of my daughter.

Any information please provide to the police, the agency in charge of my daughter's case or contact me directly via email address:[email protected]or Skype: le anh hao mcs. Hope to receive everyone's help to catch the criminal soon".

Mr. Hao said that in the next day or two, he will return to Japan to handle some work and coordinate with local authorities to find and arrest the suspect who murdered his daughter.

“I would like to thank the Japanese and Vietnamese press agencies for their interest in conveying the incident and hope that this information will be of great help to the investigation agency,” said Mr. Hao.

It is known that this afternoon (April 3), diplomatic representatives of Japan and Vietnam visited, expressed condolences and encouraged Nhat Linh's family.
