Border Guard Command and Nghe An Province Association for Promotion of Education signed a cooperation program
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 1, the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Nghe An Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held a conference to sign and deploy a plan to coordinate activities in promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society for the period 2023 - 2025.

According to the plan, in the period of 2023 - 2025, the two sides will strengthen coordination to promote propaganda work among cadres, soldiers and people on education and training, encouraging learning, encouraging talents, building a learning society, promoting education on military traditions, history of border markers; raising awareness of citizens' responsibilities in participating in border protection. The two sides also effectively coordinated in the work of eliminating illiteracy and re-illiteracy; popularizing education and disseminating scientific knowledge to people in border areas, learning foreign languages and ethnic languages. Propagating and mobilizing organizations, individuals, businesses, and philanthropists to sponsor and award scholarships and school supplies to poor students who overcome difficulties and study well, especially students and people in border areas; building facilities and equipment for schools, classrooms, dormitories, and boarding houses for students in remote areas.
