Nghe An Provincial Military Command practices switching to combat readiness
During 2 days (March 4-5), the Provincial Military Command organized a training session to prepare for combat readiness in 2025.
Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired the meeting. Attending were Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Military Party Committee Standing Committee; heads of the General Staff, Political, Logistics - Technical departments and agencies in the training framework.

In 2025, the Provincial Military Command, the Military Commands of districts, cities, towns and affiliated units organized two exercises: Moving the armed forces from a state of regular combat readiness to a high level, advising on moving the locality into a state of national defense emergency; Moving the stateready to fightFrom top to bottom, the staff transferred the locality to a state of war, and the mobile organization moved from the regular Command Center to the basic Command Center.

Notably, the Provincial Military Command and the Military Commands of districts, cities and towns have done a good job of advising the Party Committees and authorities to move the localities into a state of national defense emergency; done a good job of preparing, seriously implementing the correct and complete order of the steps in the state transition.
The training process is close to reality, closely follows the principles, flexibly applies in handling each state of combat readiness; operates the correct mechanism, closely connects and applies the practical socio-economic situation associated with strengthening national defense and security in the province; organizes mobile marches of forces, vehicles, weapons and equipment ready for combat to the evacuation area to ensure speed, secrecy and safety...

Through training to improve leadership and command capacity, organizational level of command, combat advisory, coordination, and situation handling for cadres at all levels; improve combat readiness of agencies and units.
