Nghe An Provincial Military Command trains armed forces of Xieng Khouang province, Laos

Attending and directing the opening ceremony were Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Colonel Pin Keo Pa In Phon - Deputy Chief of Staff of Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command.

In order to foster some basic contents of coordination between the Military, Police, and Border Guard in advising Party committees and authorities to perform the task of maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. The Military Command of Nghe An province coordinated with the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province, Laos to organize training for 30 officers of the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province.

During the 7 days, the trainees were trained and exchanged some experiences in advising on the organization and implementation of military and defense tasks.
