Provincial Military Command draws experience from training tasks and military recruitment in 2024

Attending and directing the conference were Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Dinh Bat Van, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.

Before entering the training, the Provincial Military Command issued instructions and plans to organize training and directed agencies and units to organize training for cadres in phase I of 2024 strictly and in accordance with regulations; the training process strictly maintained the determined time and content; supplemented material tools to support training for A2 tasks, martial arts, materials for disaster prevention and control, search and rescue; renovated, renovated, and repaired the system of training grounds, shooting ranges, and training grounds, ensuring technical and tactical training.

Regarding the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army, through assessment, the quality of young people joining the army in 2024 is higher than in 2023. The military handover ceremony took place solemnly, strictly, and in accordance with regulations in the localities, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere of the military enlistment festival.

At the conference, along with discussing the achieved results, delegates discussed and pointed out the limitations and difficulties in training; building regulations, managing discipline, ensuring materials, shooting ranges, training grounds and recruiting and calling citizens to join the army in 2024.

Deploying the training, building regulations, and managing discipline tasks in the coming time, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command has identified many tasks and solutions that need to be focused on. In particular, organizing the practice of combat readiness plans of the unit, being ready to handle possible situations, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation; continuing to direct and monitor the training units to ensure the correct content and time for the subjects according to the approved plan.

Along with that, strictly maintain the regular regimes, discipline management, ensure safety when participating in traffic; continue to direct the work of ensuring all aspects of training; focus on overcoming weak links and weak aspects to well perform the tasks of training, building discipline, and discipline management; promote the emulation movement to win associated with the local patriotic emulation movement, build a team of cadres and soldiers with strong political will, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks./.
