Provincial Military Command trains to implement Decree 131/2021/ND-CP of the Government

On the morning of December 19, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held the opening ceremony of a training course to implement Decree 131/2021/ND-CP dated December 30, 2021 of the Government; Circular No. 55/2022/TT-BQP dated July 27, 2022 of the Ministry of National Defense.
Attending the opening ceremony of the training were representatives of the leaders of Military Region 4; the Provincial People's Committee, the Nghe An Fatherland Front Committee; the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Police, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Finance, the Veterans Association, and the Nghe An Provincial Youth Volunteers Association.
Collaboratesocial policy, the Army's rear policy is an important part of the policy system of our Party and State. Paying attention to social policy work and the Army's rear policy is a positive contribution to stabilizing the socio-political situation, developing the economy, building a national defense, associated with the people's security posture, and strengthening the strength of the great national unity bloc.
Over the years, the Party and State have paid great attention, constantly supplemented, revised and issued many new policies for the Army, the Army's rear and preferential policies formeritorious personwith the revolution. All levels, sectors and organizations in Nghe An have continuously organized and implemented comprehensively, synchronously and effectively the major policies of the Party and State towards people with revolutionary contributions. The movement of "Repaying gratitude" has been promoted; the work of searching, collecting and identifying the remains of martyrs with missing information, and resolving the backlog of policies after the wars has been implemented more closely and effectively.
To better implement policy work, on December 30, 2021, the Government issued Decree 131/2021/ND-CP detailing the recognition and settlement of preferential treatment for people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution, and measures to implement Ordinance No. 02/2020/UBTVQH dated December 9, 2020 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on preferential treatment for people with meritorious services to the revolution. On July 27, 2022, the Ministry of National Defense issued Circular No. 55/2022/TT-BQP guiding the process of recognition and implementation of preferential treatment for people with meritorious services to the revolution under the responsibility of the Ministry of National Defense, in Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP.

The organization of training courses to implement Decree 131/2021/ND-CP and Circular No. 55/2022/TT-BQP aims to train and equip leaders of agencies and units and officers working on policy with basic knowledge about regimes, policies and professional work on policy, new contents, problems that need to be focused on solving and orienting policy work in each field in the coming time. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility; further improving management capacity, practical activities and the quality of consulting, proposing and directing the implementation of social policies and policies for the Army's rear.
Opening the training course on the implementation of Decree 131/2021/ND-CP and Circular No. 55/2022/TT-BQP, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command requested agencies, units and localities to focus on studying, researching, absorbing and mastering the basic contents of policy work for people with meritorious services, contributing, proposing and exchanging good experiences in advising, directing and organizing implementation; contacting and creatively applying them to the practices of their agencies and units.
After the training, agencies, units and localities quickly deployed and organized serious, effective, unified and synchronous implementation from top to bottom, avoiding causing inconvenience to policy beneficiaries and relatives of people with revolutionary contributions./.
