Politburo, Secretariat: Continue to arrange non-local officials
The Politburo and Secretariat noted to continue to deploy the arrangement of cadres and positions that are not local people, and to soon stabilize the organizational apparatus and leadership cadres.
Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu has just signed and issued Conclusion No. 200 of the Politburo and Secretariat on the results of organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
At the meeting on October 17, the Politburo and Secretariat requested Party committees and organizations at all levels, based on the results of the Party Congress, to urgently arrange, consolidate, and assign Party committee and government positions to soon stabilize the organization and apparatus.
Party committees and organizations at all levels focused on directing the implementation of the Congress Resolution, issuing action programs with specific projects and tasks that could be implemented immediately in practice; promoting emulation movements, creating momentum and confidence throughout the Party entering the new term.

The Politburo and Secretariat requested to organize well the collection of opinions from National Assembly deputies and people on draft documents of the 14th Party Congress.
The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission directed to strengthen propaganda work, provide orientation on new contents, core issues of the draft document and the situation of people participating in contributing opinions, diversifying forms, creating favorable conditions for people to reflect opinions.
The National Assembly Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, and central organizations lead and direct the National Assembly, the Front, socio-political organizations, mass organizations, people of all walks of life, intellectuals, and overseas Vietnamese to actively participate in contributing ideas and formulating policies and strategies for national development.
The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to coordinate with the Central Theoretical Council and Steering Committee 35 to lead and direct the strengthening of information and propaganda work on the results and significance of Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
It is necessary to promptly combat and refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints that take advantage of document comments to sabotage the Party and State.
Authorities have stepped up the fight to prevent harmful and divisive information from hostile and reactionary forces, strengthened internal political protection, protected state secrets, disciplined speech, and strictly handled violations.
The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Central Organizing Committee to advise on organizing a conference to review the organization of the Provincial Party Congresses and Party Congresses directly under the Central Committee according to the set plan.
The Politburo and Secretariat noted that they should continue to deploy the arrangement of cadres and positions that are not local people, as approved in principle by the Politburo and Secretariat, and promptly stabilize the organizational apparatus and leadership, and implement the Resolution of the Congresses of Party Committees directly under the Central Committee.
The Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission advises and proposes the Politburo to issue regulations on political and ideological work to concretize the Party's top important tasks, clearly defined in the Party Charter, Platform and Resolution of the Party Congress; and reports to the Politburo in November.
