Politburo: Develop a project to not organize district-level courts and prosecutors

Submit to Central Committee before April 7
One of the notable contents is that the Politburo and the Secretariat requested to develop a project on the system of courts and procuracies at the local level in the direction of not organizing at the district level.
The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court and the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to research and develop projects and reports to the Politburo on the system of courts and procuracies at the local level in the direction of not organizing at the district level.

This content must be reported to the Politburo for approval before seeking opinions from Party committees and organizations no later than March 9.

Streamlining socio-political organizations and mass organizations
The Politburo and the Secretariat requested the development of a project to reorganize and streamline the Vietnam Fatherland Front agencies, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State (central, provincial, and communal levels) after merging and consolidating.
The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central mass organizations to preside over and coordinate with the Central Organizing Committee, the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee and relevant agencies to study orientations, develop projects and submit to the Politburo a number of contents.
Specifically, a general review of the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of affiliated agencies and organizations, especially press agencies, is needed to ensure unified management and effective operations in the direction of maximum streamlining, maintaining only truly necessary units.
Along with that, the political-social organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State will be rearranged to belong to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (in sync with the current party organizational structure).

In particular, it is necessary to complete the reception of opinions from the Politburo, the Secretariat, and agencies, complete the project and submission; and submit it to the Party Central Committee (through the Central Organization Committee) before April 7.
In addition, the Politburo and the Secretariat also requested the development of a project on the party organization system at the local level (provincial and communal levels); and the development of reports and submissions to the Party Central Committee.

This content is sent to provincial Party Committees, municipal Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, agencies, organizations, and central Party committees for comments no later than March 12.
The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Central Organizing Committee to synthesize the project and submission on the arrangement and streamlining of the local government apparatus of agencies, units and related contents; develop a comprehensive report; report to the Politburo before April 7; receive, complete and submit to the Central Executive Committee of the Party before April 9.
