Before entering the training, the Provincial Military Command practiced theoretical training contents and principles of transitioning to combat readiness for officers and soldiers of the unit. During the training process, the Provincial Military Command organized the practice of difficult contents, such as: Closely coordinating with forces to grasp the situation in the province, grasp the enemy's sabotage plots and tricks; organizing command meetings, deploying tasks for affiliated agencies and units; organizing the Provincial Military Party Executive Committee Conference, leading the transition of the Armed Forces from a state of regular combat readiness to a state of high combat readiness, a state of full combat readiness;

Advise the Party Committee and government to move the locality into a state of national defense emergency and wartime; organize and command officers and soldiers to march to the initial area, carry out combat preparation work and practice handling combat situations.
