He suggested that officers and soldiers of all units should proactively raise their vigilance, clearly understand their position, significance and tasks during the Lunar New Year; coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and forces to grasp the local situation, accurately forecast situations, handle situations well, and avoid being caught off guard.
