The Nghe An Provincial Military Command has organized many working delegations in coordination with local agencies and departments to present 1,142 gifts worth nearly 1.2 billion VND to policy families, families with revolutionary contributions, families with especially difficult circumstances, young people preparing to join the army with difficult circumstances, and military units stationed throughout the province.
