Nghe An Provincial Military Command launched the Tree Planting Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 20 (the 5th day of the Lunar calendar), at Reconnaissance Company 20, the Party Committee - Military Command of Nghe An province organized the launching ceremony of the Tet tree planting movement in the spring of Mau Tuat 2018.
Participating in the Tree Planting Festival "Forever grateful to President Ho Chi Minh" this year, the Provincial Military Command has directed agencies and units under the Provincial Military to proactively develop plans, coordinate with local Party committees and authorities, and plant seed centers, determine tree planting locations, select suitable tree types, select quality seedlings, and take advantage of favorable weather in each unit to organize tree planting and forest planting with good results.

The Provincial Military Command directed agencies and units to focus on implementing the motto "Plant a tree, grow it well"; based on the characteristics of each unit and locality to continue planting and caring for trees in the following period of the year.
At the same time, organizing activities to respond to the Tet tree planting festival has practical meaning to welcome the Spring of Mau Tuat 2018 and contribute to building "Regular, green - clean - beautiful barracks" in agencies and units.
