Attending the Conference were Lieutenant Colonel Bui The Ky - Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Military Region 4; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and 663 political officers of agencies, units and Party Committee Secretaries cum Political Commissars of Commune Military Commands, Youth Union Secretaries cum Deputy Political Commissars of Military Commands of communes, wards and towns at 20 connecting points.

After watching and listening to two model teaching units and localities conducting political lectures, the Political Department of the Provincial Military Command pointed out the strengths and weaknesses and agreed on the content and methods of political teaching.

Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: Although it was organized for the first time, the online political lecture was initially effective, creating conditions for political teachers in the whole province, especially teachers in remote areas, border areas, and islands to have the opportunity to study, practice, and improve their qualifications and capacity.
