The Provincial Military Command launched a fundraising movement to support the poor to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2019.

At the ceremony, Colonel Vuong Kim Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command read the letter calling for support and help for the poor to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2019 of the Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh. At the same time, thoroughly grasped the purpose and requirements of the movement "Joining hands for the poor - Leaving no one behind"; launched a donation movement to support the poor throughout the provincial military.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the leaders, officers and soldiers of the Command's agencies voluntarily contributed to the fund. After the agencies, the Military Commands of districts, towns, cities, Military Schools, Regiment 764, Mat Island, and Ngu Island will conduct donations.

The money raised by the entire provincial armed forces will be given to the poor at the live TV program "Tet for the poor" held in early January 2019.
