Provincial Military Command trains on digitizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement
On the morning of June 10, the Office of the Provincial Military Command coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal to organize a training conference on digitizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement for officers and employees of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander of the Provincial Military Command attended and directed the conference.
At the conference, the reporters of the Provincial People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal introduced 4 contents: Awareness of digitalization of records and results of handling administrative procedures; Instructions on skills for receiving, processing and returning results of records on the Ministry of National Defense's Administrative Procedures Information System; Instructions on digitalization of records on the Ministry of National Defense's Administrative Procedures Information System; Instructions on skills for exploiting and using documents on the National Public Service Portal and the Ministry of National Defense's Administrative Procedures Information System.
Through training of staffProvincial Military Commandhave been equipped with professional knowledge as well as management and operating skills of the Administrative Procedure Information System software to effectively serve the reception, processing and digitization of records on the system for officers and employees of the agency.
Strengthen the application of information technology in the work of storing the results of handling administrative procedures electronically; uniformly manage, safely preserve and effectively use the results of handling administrative procedures formed during the operation of state administrative agencies; ensure adequate conditions for implementing the handling of administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
