The Provincial Military Command conducted training on digitizing records and processing results of administrative procedures.
On the morning of June 10th, the Office of the Provincial Military Command, in coordination with the Provincial People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal, organized a training conference on digitizing records and results of administrative procedures for officers and staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
Colonel Dinh Bat Van, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, attended and directed the conference.
At the conference, the speakers from the Provincial People's Committee's Electronic Information Portal presented four topics: Awareness of document digitization and administrative procedure resolution results; Guidance on skills for receiving, processing, and returning document results on the Ministry of National Defense's administrative procedure resolution information system; Guidance on digitizing documents on the Ministry of National Defense's administrative procedure resolution information system; and Guidance on skills for accessing and using documents on the National Public Service Portal and the Ministry of National Defense's administrative procedure resolution information system.

Enhance the application of information technology in the archiving of electronic administrative procedure resolution results; uniformly manage, safely preserve, and effectively utilize the results of administrative procedure resolution generated during the operation of state administrative agencies; and ensure adequate conditions for the implementation of administrative procedure resolution in an electronic environment.
