On the morning of June 9, under the chairmanship of Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander of the Provincial Military Command, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a conference to disseminate and implement the orientation of the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region on the work of arranging and adjusting the organization of local military agencies.
Attending the conference were: Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Pham Dinh Trung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Heads of departments and agencies of the Provincial Military Command.
