The Minister of National Defence has appointed Colonel Dinh Bat Van, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, to the position of Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
On May 30, 2025, General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, signed Decision No. 186/QDD-BQP appointing Colonel Dinh Bat Van as Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff.Nghe An Provincial Military CommandHe currently holds the position of Commander of the Provincial Military Command.Nghe AnThis decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Colonel Dinh Bat Van was born in 1975 in Xuan Tuong commune, Thanh Chuong district, Nghe An province.
In 1992, Comrade Dinh Bat Van enlisted in the army; he received basic training and held positions such as: Deputy Chief of Staff of the Nam Dan District Military Command; Assistant to the Operations Department of Military Region 4; Assistant to the Office, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Military Region 4 Command.
In August 2018, Comrade Dinh Bat Van was appointed Deputy Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, and Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
Throughout his various positions, Comrade Dinh Bat Van has consistently performed his duties excellently, receiving commendations and high praise from all levels.
