Provincial Military Command organizes the program "Warm Tet in Western Nghe An"
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 22-23, on the occasion of welcoming the Year of the Tiger 2022, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command coordinated with the volunteer group Ngoi Nha va nguoi tre to organize the Warm Tet program in the Western region of Nghe An in Tuong Duong and Que Phong districts.

In Nam Giai commune,Que Phong district,The Provincial Military Command has organized a Warm Tet Program for the people of Puc village. The Warm Tet Program in the Western Nghe An region has been organized since 2016. Since then, the Provincial Military Command has been closely associated with the villages of the commune, contributing to help the people have more warm feelings and close military-civilian relations during the coming of Tet and Spring.
Here, representativeProvincial Military Commandand the volunteer group organized the wrapping of Chung cakes and gave 111 Tet gifts to 111 Thai ethnic households in Puc village (each gift worth 450 thousand VND, including 3 Chung cakes and necessities), of which, 64 poor households in the village received 64 gifts, each worth 500 thousand VND. At the same time, 15 gifts were given to young men preparing to join the army and poor households in the commune.

Previously, in Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district, the Provincial Military Command and the volunteer group Ngoi Nha va nguoi tre (House and Children) presented 52 Tet gifts (including 500,000 VND, 1 pair of banh chung, candy and cooking oil) to 52 Mong ethnic families and gave warm clothes to students in Pieng Cooc village, contributing to helping people have more expenses and necessities to welcome the New Year.Lunar New YearHappy and warm Year of the Tiger 2022.
On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command also presented Tet gifts to the Military Commands of Quy Chau and Que Phong districts and the Tri Le Commune Standing Militia Squad (Que Phong).
