The Provincial Military Command awarded prizes to the excellent speaker competition.

(Baonghean.vn) -On July 10th, the Military Command of Nghe An province held the closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the 2013 Excellent Presenter Competition.

The competition involved 55 political and military officers from 21 districts, towns, cities, departments, and affiliated units, selected through grassroots-level competitions. Contestants had to prepare outlines, take knowledge tests, and present reports on topics required by the Organizing Committee, such as: Disseminating information on the 2012 Vietnamese Law of the Sea; Amendments and additions to the 1992 Constitution, etc.

A new feature of this year's competition is the larger number of participating military officers, and their quality is higher compared to previous competitions. Many comrades have demonstrated effective methods and skills in conveying and guiding the audience's thoughts.

After two days of competition (July 9th and 10th), the Organizing Committee awarded one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes; and also selected the team to participate in the 2013 Military Region-level Public Speaker Competition.
