Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command offers incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 19, a delegation of the Military Command of Xieng Khouang province, Lao PDR, offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Relic Site and the tomb of Ms. Hoang Thi Loan.
A delegation of officers and soldiers from the Xieng Khouang Provincial Military Command led by Lieutenant Colonel Lay Van - Deputy Political Commissar came to offer incense and flowers at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan and the paternal and maternal hometowns of President Ho Chi Minh.

At Kim Lien relic site, the delegation offered President Ho Chi Minh a fresh flower basket and a stick of incense to express their respect for a great thinker and personality; he fought and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation, class liberation and for the noble international friendship.

The delegation's speech before the altar of Uncle Ho at the Kim Lien relic site emphasized: During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always cared for building the special solidarity and fighting alliance between Vietnam and Laos. Over time, the traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, Laos and Vietnam, founded by President Ho Chi Minh, President Kaysone Phomvihane and President Suphanuvong, has been increasingly strengthened and developed, becoming a priceless common asset of the two Parties and two peoples.
Also this morning, the delegation offered incense at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, mother of President Ho Chi Minh, at Dong Tranh mountain, Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district.
