The Military Command and the Provincial Veterans Association signed a program of coordination activities for the period 2022 - 2027.

Over the past 5 years, the Coordination Program between the two sides has been thoroughly grasped, deployed and implemented comprehensively, synchronously, and in accordance with the situation, making an important contribution to the completion of the political tasks of agencies, units and association organizations. The two sides have proactively and effectively coordinated propaganda and education work to raise awareness among cadres, soldiers, veteran members and people about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, military and defense tasks; Participated in building a strong grassroots political system, consolidating national defense and security, building a national defense foundation and a solid defense zone.

Implement well the campaigns and emulation movements of the Party, State and Army; actively participate in socio-economic development, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, new rural construction, prevention and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, epidemics, rescue and implement social policies and policies for the Army's rear. Build a strong and comprehensive Veterans Association, Veterans Club and exemplary units, contributing to the successful implementation of the task of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.

At the conference, many opinions also participated in clarifying the limitations as well as lessons learned in implementing the coordination program such as: Coordination of activities in some units and organizations of the Veterans Association at the grassroots level is not really rich; the work of inspecting and grasping the situation, implementing the reporting regime has content, sometimes not timely...

Delegates hope that in the 2022-2027 period, the Provincial Military Command and the Provincial Veterans Association will continue to coordinate well in propaganda work. Based on the local situation, proactively coordinate to advise the Party Committee and the government to lead and direct to improve the effectiveness of local military defense work. Participate in building a strong and comprehensive base, actively participate in socio-economic development, hunger eradication, poverty reduction, new rural construction, prevention and overcoming of consequences of natural disasters, epidemics, rescue and implementation of social policies and policies for the Army's rear.
