On May 30, at Lam Dong Provincial Police, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work. Also at the ceremony, the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Public Security announced the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Thinh (born in 1974) - Head of Department, secretary of Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To, to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung congratulated the comrades who received the announcement and decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
