Ministry of Public Security wants the owner of Nhat Cuong Mobile
Any person has the right to arrest and take Mr. Bui Quang Huy to the nearest police station.
On the afternoon of May 19, a representative of the Department of Investigation Police on Crimes of Corruption, Economic Crimes, and Smuggling (Ministry of Public Security) said that they had just issued a wanted notice for Bui Quang Huy - General Director of Nhat Cuong Trading and Technical Services Company Limited.

Mr. Huy (45 years old), residing in room W2107&08, Golden WestLake Apartment, 151 Thuy Khue, Thuy Khue ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi, escaped on May 9.
According to authorities, anyone has the right to arrest and immediately take a wanted person to the nearest police station, prosecutor's office or People's Committee.
After arresting or receiving a wanted person, citizens must immediately report to Department 14 of the Department of Investigation Police on Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling at the address: 47 Pham Van Dong, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay, Hanoi; phone: 0915.666.669.

Previously, on May 14, the Police Department for Investigation of Economic Crimes, Corruption, and Smuggling (C03, Ministry of Public Security) initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, issued an order to temporarily detain and search Bui Quang Huy and 8 others to investigate the crime of Smuggling under Clause 4, Article 188, Penal Code 2015 and the crime of Violating accounting regulations causing serious consequences, according to Article 221, Penal Code 2015.
Mr. Huy and his accomplices were accused of committing transnational smuggling crimes; creating and using two accounting systems to keep thousands of billions of dong in revenue off the books; and smuggling many electronic devices after colluding with several foreign manufacturers.
Nhat Cuong Mobile is a brand owned by Nhat Cuong Trading and Technical Services Company Limited, operating since 2001 with its predecessor being a phone repair shop. The system has 9 retail stores in Hanoi, a warranty center and an ERP center in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to business registration information, Nhat Cuong has a charter capital of 38 billion VND, the General Director is Bui Quang Huy, trading in electronic and telecommunications equipment and components, manufacturing mobile phones, pawn services and selling airline tickets. Mr. Huy is also the legal representative of Nhat Cuong Software Solutions Company Limited (Nhat Cuong Software).
