* The Party Committee of the General Staff Department - Nghe An Border Guard organized a ceremony to award the 30-year Party membership badge to Colonel Nguyen Cong Luc - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Border Guard.

That is party member Nguyen Van Quy, born on May 5, 1929, joined the Party on June 22, 1954, officially on March 5, 1955, currently active at Party Cell 2. There is 1 party member awarded the 65-year Party membership badge, party member Le Van Tan, born in 1935, joined the Party on May 25, 1958, officially on December 7, 1958, currently active at Party Cell 3.
