The new Honda Rebel 300 and 500 inherit many designs from their legendary "brother" Rebel 250. |
Possessing a simple, uncomplicated design, the Rebel line is very attractive because of its classic beauty and smooth, quiet operation. At first sight, the Honda Rebel line can attract the eyes of anyone who has a passion for motorbikes. It is these qualities that have helped the Rebel 250 line, born in 1985, become a legendary Cruiser.
Inheriting many design languages of its "brother" Rebel 250, the Rebel 300 and 500 duo have a romantic Cruiser style with the target customers being gentlemen who like to roam on the road. Both models use a tubular frame, a wheelbase of 1,488 mm, and a single seat with a height of 690 mm. ABS brakes are optional equipment.

The Rebel 300 and 500 duo gives motorcyclists more powerful options. |
The standard Rebel 300 uses a 286cc, 2-cylinder DOHC engine borrowed from the CBR300R. Honda says the Rebel 300's engine output is slightly lower than the CBR300R's. This means the Rebel 300's engine will be less powerful than the CBR300R's 30.4 horsepower and 27 Nm.
Meanwhile, the more advanced version is the Rebel 500, which uses a 471cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC 2-cylinder engine from the CBR500, with a capacity of 48 horsepower at 8,500 rpm, maximum torque of 44.6 Nm at 6,000 rpm, combined with a 6-speed gearbox.
