(Baonghean.vn) - On some streets of Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city, heavy rain caused severe flooding, many households were flooded more than 2 meters deep. Present at the scene, nearly 100 officers, soldiers and vehicles of Brigade 873 (Logistics Department of Military Region 4) quickly mobilized by motorboat, weaved into alleys, approached households with people trapped to rescue nearly 100 people and brought them to safety.
