Winter crop production on alluvial land faces many difficulties.

This year, the complex weather patterns, with continuous rain and floods, have caused significant damage to production, especially the summer-autumn crop – many crops have been completely lost. Therefore, the winter crop is expected to partially compensate for the losses of the summer-autumn crop. However, at this point, winter crop production remains very difficult. Particularly in the floodplains – areas considered to have high potential and yield high value for winter crop production – farmers have yet to be able to prepare the land for planting.
