Soldiers and youth help people overcome the consequences of tornadoes

The heavy rain lasted for about 30 minutes, accompanied by a tornado, directly affected the communes of Chau Ly, Bac Son and Nghia Xuan. In particular, more than 100 houses in the hamlets of Pu Lau, Con village, Ngon village, Pan village, Sao village and Choong village (Chau Ly commune) were severely damaged, many trees and crops of the people were flooded. Fortunately, there were no human casualties.

After receiving the news, the Quy Hop District Military Command coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to send cadres, soldiers, militia, and youth union members to each house to help rebuild houses, roof houses, rearrange accommodation, and clean up the residential area.

Also this morning, the District Military Command and the Quy Hop District Youth Union came to give gifts to encourage young people preparing to join the army whose houses were affected by the hail and tornado yesterday afternoon./.
