The report of the Department of Education and Training stated: Legal documents submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation or advised to the Provincial People's Committee for comments to submit to the Provincial People's Council for approval on the field of basic education and training have been invested in research and development quite carefully, organized to collect opinions from relevant departments, branches and sectors, and have received appraisal opinions from the Department of Justice.

Through the documents, it also shows the province's investment interest in education and training, contributing to creating a new look for the cause of educational development, creating consensus, increasing the rate of mobilizing children to go to class, improving the efficiency and quality of education and training.
The representative of the Ministry of Education and Training highly appreciated the efforts of the Nghe An education sector in recent years. At the same time, he noted some difficulties in the implementation process, especially in paying allowances for teachers of disabled students, building national standard schools, granting certificates, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Minh Thong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the delegation of the Legal Department - Ministry of Education and Training for their contributions. At the same time, he affirmed that over the years, Nghe An province has always paid attention to education and given priority to the sector. However, because this is a special and sensitive sector, the province always hopes to have more positive contributions from the Central Government so that the implementation can be smooth and in accordance with the provisions of law.
It is expected that after this inspection program, the Ministry of Education and Training will evaluate the legal organization and legal work in the education sector, and the dissemination of legal education to have measures to improve and enhance the quality of the legal organization and the dissemination of legal education.
