Social networks are spreading an official dispatch signed by Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha to Departments, Divisions of Education and Secondary Schools regarding reducing the content of Literature questions in the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2018-2019 school year.
The document clearly states that, in order to avoid putting pressure on grade 9 students preparing for the grade 10 entrance exam in Literature, the Minister of Education requests that Departments of Education not include the following documents when creating grade 10 entrance exam questions:Hometown Wharf(Nguyen Minh Chau);Luc Van Tien saves Kieu Nguyet Nga(Nguyen Dinh Chieu);Fireplace(Vietnamese);Talk to me(Y Phuong); Village (Kim Lan).
"The Ministry requests that the Departments of Education issue official dispatches directing secondary schools in the area to have review measures focusing on:Autumn(Huu Thinh);Visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum(Far Away);Moonlight(Nguyen Duy);Quiet Sapa(Nguyen Thanh Long);Ivory comb(Nguyen Quang Sang)", the document reads.

The Ministry has requested the police to investigate and strictly handle the author and motive of the person who wrote this fake document.
Currently, many provinces and cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, An Giang, Da Nang... have completed the 10th grade entrance exam. In Hanoi, on June 7-8, nearly 100,000 candidates will take the exam considered the most stressful in high school.
The Ministry of Education has been the subject of fake official dispatches. Earlier, at the end of January, when the U23 team won the semi-final match of the U23 Asian Cup, social networks spread a fake official dispatch "allowing students to take a day off on the afternoon of January 27 to cheer for the home team in the final match against U23 Uzbekistan".
