The Ministry of Education confirms that a candidate leaked the exam questions.
The Director of the Quality Management Department of the Ministry of Education and Training stated that a candidate from Phu Tho province brought a mobile phone into the Literature exam room. As a result, after more than two-thirds of the exam time had elapsed, the exam questions appeared online.
Mr. Mai Van Trinh, Director of the Quality Management Department of the Ministry of Education and Training, confirmed that the information about the Literature exam questions being leaked and spread on social media before the end of the exam is correct. The police are currently investigating the matter.

Specifically, the incident occurred during the Literature exam this morning at exam center number 22, Thanh Son High School, Phu Tho province, where a student brought a mobile phone into the exam room. "Therefore, after more than two-thirds of the exam time had elapsed, the Literature exam questions appeared online," Mr. Trinh stated.
According to Mr. Trinh, under the direction of the Examination Council, the PA03 police force and security personnel at the examination site investigated the matter. The candidate was suspended from the exam. Two invigilators from this examination room (one from the Diplomatic Academy, and one a teacher from Minh Hoa Secondary School) were suspended from their invigilation duties starting this afternoon (June 25).
The Phu Tho Examination Council has also reminded all examination centers in the province to strengthen invigilation work.
“Following this incident, I urge all examination centers nationwide, especially invigilators, to be even more serious, careful, and responsible, preventing candidates from bringing prohibited devices into the examination room. I request that heads of examination centers strengthen their leadership and discipline to ensure a serious, safe, and rigorous examination,” Mr. Trinh said.
The Literature exam was excellent, and candidates enthusiastically included Nick Vujicic in their test.
