What to do after preparing the documents?

After preparing a complete set of documents, teachers submit the application for individual business registration, the district-level business registration office receives and processes the application.

Submit the application for individual business registration to the District/County Finance and Planning Department in 2 ways:

Method 2: Submit an application for individual business registration online at the Online Public Service Information Portal

District-level business registration offices receive and process applications.

After submitting the application as prescribed, the district-level business registration authority will receive and process the application within 03 working days. Specifically:

The certificate of business registration is issued to the registrant within 03 working days from the date the application is submitted along with the prescribed fee;

If the application is invalid, within 03 working days from the date the application is submitted, the competent authority must notify the individual of the content that needs to be edited/supplemented in writing;

If after 03 working days, the business household does not receive the notice of amendment/supplement or the business household registration certificate, it has the right to complain and denounce according to the provisions of law.

According to the law, after having the Certificate of Business Registration, the business household needs to perform the following tasks:

Register for business tax code.

Submit initial tax return.
