(Baonghean.vn) - Le Dinh Luong (born December 10, 1965) is a parishioner of Vinh Hoa parish in Hop Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province.
Instead of working hard like honest people, Le Dinh Luong colluded with Viet Tan elements, became a right-hand man for extremist elements, and was the ringleader of activities under the guise of environmental protection to incite disturbances to security and order in the area.
In addition to contacting and organizing extremist elements at home and abroad to protest and cause disturbances in public places, through his personal Facebook page "Lo Ngoc", Le Dinh Luong has written many articles with content propagating, inciting, distorting, and defaming the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, distorting history, and defaming leaders with the aim of opposing the people's government.
After the environmental pollution incident caused by Formosa company, Luong took advantage of this issue to incite and organize activities that destabilized the security and order situation in the area.

With the above violations, on July 26, 2017, the Investigation Security Agency of Nghe An Provincial Police issued Decision to prosecute criminal case No. 15; Decision to prosecute defendant No. 26 and issued Detention Order No. 3 against Le Dinh Luong for a period of 4 months for the crime of "Activities aimed at overthrowing the people's government" as prescribed in Article 79 - Penal Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
