Pham Phuong Thao has had a difficult love life, having experienced a breakup and not having children. For many years she has been single and has no intention of getting married.

Phuong Thao was born into a poor family and had 5 siblings. "I can't forget the day I went to school, I was so busy saying goodbye to my friends that I didn't notice my parents. When I left, my father chased after me and gave me a peacock blanket - the most intact blanket in my family at that time. Luckily, my siblings and I are all successful now, I am very grateful to my parents," she said with tears in her eyes.

In the first row of the auditorium, Pham Phuong Thao also reserved two empty seats with fresh flowers for the late People's Artist Quy Duong and the late musician An Thuyen - two great teachers in her life. She said: "Thank you teacher - People's Artist Quy Duong, who was a friend when I was most confused about the concept of vocal music, who passed on to me kindness and tolerance so that I knew how to be a human being, who gave me my first ao dai so that I understood that stepping on stage must be beautiful. Thank you to my close friend - musician An Thuyen, who was always by my side when my life's boat encountered big waves and strong winds, who taught me the simplest and most rustic things, but from them I learned to appreciate myself more. You took me to the clouds but also put me down on the ground so that I understood that being an artist requires tasting all the flavors of life to be passionate and profound".

Director Huyen Lam, wife of the late musician An Thuyen, also came to see Pham Phuong Thao's concert. In response to her sincere feelings for her husband, she was moved and said: "Thao is so thoughtful, just reserving two seats for two teachers shows her respect. Thao is full of energy, full of passion. I don't think an amateur singer can compose such good songs, with so many colors. Thao can sing, compose and treat people with integrity. Through that, she told the audience about her own journey - a girl with a sweet voice - wanting to become a folk singer.

The second part of the show is composed by Pham Phuong Thao in recent years. And the program concludes with the songs that have been associated with her name since she became famous.
