Appointment of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court

On the morning of March 11th, in Hanoi, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and present the President's decision on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh as Deputy Chief Justice and other heads of departments within the Supreme People's Court.

At the ceremony, acting on behalf of the President of Vietnam, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Truong Hoa Binh presented the Decision appointing Comrade Nguyen Van Hanh, Deputy Chief Justice of the Central Military Court, to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and Chief Justice of the Central Military Court.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Truong Hoa Binh emphasized that being appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court by the President is a great honor and source of pride for each individual, but at the same time, it is a great responsibility before the Party and the people.

Chief Justice Truong Hoa Binh expressed his hope that Deputy Chief Justice Nguyen Van Hanh, in his new position, would make positive contributions to the implementation of important tasks of the judicial sector and continue to build upon the achievements of the past years, constantly cultivating and improving his moral character, political acumen, and professional competence, and together with the leadership of the Supreme People's Court and the unit's leadership, successfully complete all tasks entrusted by the Party Committee and the leadership of the Supreme People's Court.

Upon assuming his new role, Deputy Chief Justice Nguyen Van Hanh affirmed his determination to inherit and build upon the achievements of the judicial sector; to continue striving, cultivating, and refining his moral character, and further improving his skills in all aspects to successfully fulfill the political and professional tasks assigned by the Party and the State.

On this occasion, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Truong Hoa Binh presented appointment decisions for leadership positions at the departmental level to three colleagues in several units under the Supreme People's Court.
