Being able to write on it like a sticky note or transfer data, Datastickies will satisfy those who are too busy to find their USB for work.
The new data storage device called Datastickies is the product of designer Aditi Singh and professor Parag Anand from New Delhi, India.
Datastickies are incredibly thin drives stacked on top of each other. They look like sticky notes and can be easily stuck on and removed.
Use Datastickies by sticking them to the front of your computer, TV or smartphone. Data is transferred from the source device to the Datastickies thanks to its special adhesive.
Datastickies are known to be made from Graphene - a super-strong conductive material made from carbon atoms.
Scientists are still researching and will produce different sizes of "sticky usb" from 2GB up to 32GB.
“Using USB hard drives is extremely inconvenient, because we have to plug them into the appropriate slot and they are easy to lose. Datastickies has completely solved the above problems,” said designer Aditi Singh.
Not only that, Aditi Signh and Parag Anand are looking at developing ancillary products and applications for the Datastickies product.
