On June 9, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 118/2025/ND-CP on the implementation of administrative procedures under the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms at the One-Stop Service Center and the National Public Service Portal.
Nghe An province is piloting a program to eliminate paper-based applications for 65 administrative procedures at the provincial level and in 11 districts, cities, and towns.
Instead, applications for these procedures will be received through online public services on the VNeID application or on the National Public Service Portal, the administrative procedure resolution information system, etc.
