Add more occupations considered toxic and dangerous
The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has just completed a draft Circular promulgating the List of arduous, toxic, dangerous and especially arduous, toxic, dangerous occupations and professions, expected to take effect from July 1, 2016.
Compared to the list of arduous, toxic and dangerous occupations previously regulated, this Circular adds a number of new occupations such as mixing and processing drilling fluids on oil and gas exploitation projects in deserts, swamps or on jack-up rigs and drilling ships...
In particular, in the oil and gas sector, many occupations and jobs considered particularly hazardous have been added, such as mixing and processing drilling fluids; managing and delivering materials, chemicals, explosives, and radioactive substances at oil and gas exploitation projects...

The draft Circular also identifies those who work in archiving documents in archives; those who come into direct contact with documents contaminated with mold, microorganisms, document preservation chemicals, disinfectants, dust; crew members working on search and rescue ships, salvage sunken property, and rescue; operators of coastal information stations (work that causes mental stress, is affected by noise)... as particularly dangerous and toxic occupations due to the very hard, dangerous work, mental stress, and psychological impact.
Some benefits for workers working in the List of arduous, toxic, dangerous and especially arduous, toxic, dangerous occupations: Working no more than 06 hours/day; 14 days off/year for workers in the group of arduous, toxic, dangerous occupations and 16 days/year for workers in the group of especially arduous, toxic, dangerous occupations; minors and people with disabilities are not allowed to do jobs in this list...
