Add areas for industrial mineral mining and processing.
The group of minerals includes white limestone (marble), feldspar, kaolin, and magnesite.
According to the Legal Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), the Minister of Industry and Trade has recently issued Decision No. 4847/QD-BCT on supplementing the Zoning Plan for exploration, exploitation, processing and utilization of the group of mineral raw materials including white limestone (marble), feldspar, kaolin and magnesite up to 2015, with consideration to 2025.
Accordingly, the Decision adds the kaolin mine site located in Hamlet 2, Loc Chau Commune, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province to Appendix I, Section A1 (Kaolin ore exploration projects for the period 2008 - 2025) in Decision No. 47/2008/QD-BCT dated December 17, 2008, of the Minister of Industry and Trade approving the Zoning Plan for exploration, exploitation, processing and utilization of the group of mineral raw materials: white limestone (marble), feldspar, kaolin and magnesite up to 2015, with consideration to 2025.
The exploration work will be carried out during the period up to 2015. This Decision supplements Decision No. 47/2008/QD-BCT dated December 17, 2008. Other contents of Decision No. 47/2008/QD-BCT dated December 17, 2008 remain unchanged.
Decision No. 4847/QD-BCT takes effect from July 12, 2013./.
