(Baonghean.vn) - On June 28, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Staff of Military Region 4 held a conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress for cadres and party members of affiliated agencies and units.

Delegates attending the conference were introduced to the basic contents and new issues of three topics: Political report at the 12th National Party Congress; Report on the assessment of the results of the implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development tasks (2011-2015) and the direction and tasks of socio-economic development for the 5-year period (2016-2020); Report summarizing the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th tenure) "Some urgent issues on Party building at present".

Colonel Tran Khac Bang - Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region delivered the opening speech at the conference.

On the basis of implementing the contents and action programs to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress of the superior level, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Staff of Military Region 4 directed the Party committees and commanders of the subordinate agencies and units to closely follow the action programs to implement the Resolution of the 12th General Staff Party Congress and Directive 05 of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in the process of building and implementing the action programs at their level in a specific manner, suitable to the actual conditions and situation.
