The General Staff draws experience from pilot training of frame B cadres.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 12, in Hanoi, the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army held an online conference to review experiences in pilot training of Frame B officers of the Reserve Mobilization Unit in 2017. The conference was attended by 97 connecting points with more than 4,300 delegates.
Lieutenant General Pham Hong Huong, Deputy Chief of the General Staff chaired the conference. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired at the Nghe An bridge.
In early 2017, the General Staff deployed Regiment 677, Division 346, Military Region 1 and the Military Command of Son Duong district, Military Command of Tuyen Quang province, Military Region 2 to practice the pilot training model for frame B cadres of the Reserve Mobilization unit with many new points in training content and methods.

In particular, the outstanding new point is that the training content is divided into 2 phases (Phase 1, frame A officers directly train frame B officers from platoon to regimental level; Phase 2, frame B officers directly train non-commissioned officers, technical specialists in the unit...).
At the conference, delegates discussed the advantages, limitations, lessons learned, and recommendations from the pilot training model for frame B cadres of two key units as well as the reality in their localities.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Pham Hong Huong emphasized: “Through the pilot training model for B-frame cadres at Regiment 677 and the Military Command of Son Duong district, it can be seen that this new model has contributed to strengthening the solidarity and close relationship between A-frame cadres and B-frame cadres; especially promoting the role of B-frame cadres in controlling subordinate cadres under their authority, in training and managing unit command.
The training process is a favorable environment to evaluate qualities and capacities, as a basis for promoting and appointing B-frame cadres well. Based on the results of pilot training of B-frame cadres in two units, in 2018, the General Staff continued to direct the organization of pilot training of B-frame cadres in all three regions of the North, Central and South; in different types of units...
Thereby, continue to research, supplement and complete the content and program before deploying it to the entire army. Agencies, units and localities need to continue to raise awareness and responsibility to enhance the role and quality of the Reserve Mobilization Force, ready to mobilize and supplement the Army in peacetime as well as wartime, contributing to firmly protecting the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in all situations…”./.
