Ukraine's Interior Minister and 15 others killed in helicopter crash near Kiev
Sixteen people, including Ukraine's interior minister and several other senior officials, were killed on January 18 when a helicopter crashed in the town of Brovary, 20km northeast of the capital Kiev, Ukraine's National Police Chief Igor Klymenmo said.
The governor of the Kiev region said on the morning of January 18 that a helicopter crashed near a kindergarten and a building on the morning of January 18.

Ukraine's Interior Minister Denys Monastyrsky and other ministry officials were on board the plane, police chief Igor Klymenmo said in a media statement. Sixteen others were killed, including two children. At least 22 people, 10 of them children, were injured and taken to hospital. The cause of the crash is still unknown./.
