According to the dispatch, immediately after announcing the results of the 2018 national high school exam, the Ministry of Education and Training organized an analysis of the exam results data.

Based on the discovery of unusual signs in exam results in some localities and receiving information reflected in public opinion, the Ministry of Education and Training has directed, organized inspections, reviews, promptly reported to the Prime Minister, and accelerated the progress of grading and evaluating exam papers according to the national high school exam regulations.

In order to ensure fairness, objectivity, and resolutely say no to negativity and fraud in organizing exams and enrollment, the Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Heads of the National High School Exam Steering Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities seriously review and evaluate the implementation process of the exam organization stages in the localities, especially the exam invigilation and grading stages.

During the review process, if any violations are detected, promptly report to the Ministry of Education and Training and, based on the situation, request the police to coordinate in investigating and clarifying the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals for handling in accordance with regulations and laws.

Deploy the work of reviewing exam papers and considering recognition of high school graduation after reviewing according to the exam organization plan, ensuring compliance with regulations and legitimate rights of candidates.

Closely coordinate and create the best conditions to carry out the assessment and evaluation work according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Training; synthesize the results of the review and evaluation of the organization of the 2018 National High School Exam in the spirit of honesty, objectivity and seriousness, report to the Ministry of Education and Training; at the same time, disseminate, thoroughly understand and draw experiences to better organize the following exams.

Minister Phung Xuan Nha requested to direct and thoroughly implement communication work to ensure accuracy, objectivity, and timeliness, and not to take advantage of violations in the exam room to affect social order, harm the teaching staff as well as cause confusion among students, parents, and society.

"The Heads of the Steering Committees of the provinces and centrally-run cities are requested to uphold their sense of responsibility to seriously direct the above contents and send a report on the implementation results to the Ministry of Education and Training through the Department of Quality Management before August 1, 2018," the Minister of Education and Training directed.
