The 4th Military Region Command is working in Ky Son and Con Cuong.

(Baonghean.vn) -On August 27-28, a delegation from the 4th Military Region Command, led by Major General Vo Van Viet – Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Region, visited and inspected Ky Son and Con Cuong districts to assess the situation.

The delegation heard reports from unit commanders on the overall results of their political tasks and the implementation of Central Resolution No. 4 (11th Congress) over the past year, in conjunction with the intensified implementation of Political Bureau Directive No. 03 on promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's moral example. Specifically, from the beginning of the year until now, the Party Committee and Military Command of the two districts have consistently disseminated, implemented, and seriously carried out the documents and guidelines issued by higher levels, promptly implementing the Resolution on leadership in the implementation of local defense and military tasks of the district military Party Committee, while also developing plans and programs, and organizing their serious and high-quality implementation in all aspects of work and successfully fulfilling the tasks for the first six months of 2013.

Speaking at the working session, Major General Vo Van Viet noted: In the coming time, the Party Committees and Commands of the districts should continue to closely coordinate with relevant departments to proactively grasp the situation in all aspects of the locality, closely monitor the activities of hostile forces, and effectively carry out military and national defense tasks. They should focus on building strong agencies, Party committees, and Party branches. They should always be vigilant against social evils, ensure traffic safety, ensure safety in training, prepare sufficient means and forces, practice thoroughly the plans, and be ready to participate in disaster prevention and mitigation when situations arise; continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement directives and resolutions from higher levels, especially organizing the study and understanding of Resolution No. 7 of the Central Committee (11th term) according to the plan of the Provincial Military Command and the Military Region.
