Focused on leading and directing agencies and units to strictly maintain combat readiness, coordinate with forces to grasp the local situation, deploy synchronously, in depth, and comprehensively on all aspects of work, and successfully complete military and defense tasks.

Notably: Advising the Party Committee and the government to effectively deploy military, national defense and other urgent tasks; successfully organizing 2 provincial defense and civil defense drills. Along with that, grasping the situation, proactively implementing plans and forces to participate in natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, fire and explosion prevention, forest fire prevention, flood and storm prevention and Covid-19 epidemic prevention in the province. In particular, during storm No. 4, more than 28,000 officers, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces and units in the area, along with thousands of vehicles and techniques, participated in helping people overcome the consequences of the storm.

The quality of combat readiness, force building, training, fostering knowledge of National Defense - Security, Party activities, political work and logistics and technical assurance have been improved. The Provincial Military Command has coordinated with the Police and Border Guard forces to maintain political security, social order and safety, contributing to promoting local economic and social development.

In the spirit of inspection and assessment of the true nature, the working group strictly assigned each department and conducted a comprehensive inspection of all aspects of work: staff, politics, logistics, and engineering.
