Military Region 4 Command inspects combat readiness at Division 324

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 23, a working delegation from the Military Region 4 Command led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of the Military Region inspected training and combat readiness at Division 324.

At the Division headquarters, on behalf of the Division's leadership, Colonel Le Hong Nhan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Division Commander reported on the results of the 2017 mission.

In 2017, the Party Committee and the Division Command thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented directives and regulations and strictly maintained combat readiness at all levels, ensuring the safety of units and areas, especially during holidays and celebrations.

In addition, the Division organized 260 officers and soldiers to help overcome storm No. 10 in Tho Xuan and Trieu Son districts (Thanh Hoa) and 17 communes and wards in Ky Anh district and Ky Anh town (Ha Tinh) with 340 officers and soldiers participating with 1,800 working days and 13 vehicles of various types.

Thanks to that, 21 kindergartens, 15 primary schools, 12 secondary schools, 8 medical stations, 45 single-parent and disadvantaged policy households were repaired; 15km of village roads were cleared, 600 fruit trees and timber trees of all kinds were planted...

Regiment 335 alone has taken from the rice savings fund to organize the giving of 4 gifts to policy families and disadvantaged families in Ky Anh district (Ha Tinh), each gift worth 400,000 VND...

The Commander of the Military Region directly inspected the 1st Regiment, commended and highly appreciated the results achieved in all aspects of work of the 324th Division.

At the same time, the Commander requested the Division to continue to strictly maintain combat readiness, continue to educate all officers and soldiers about the current positions, roles and tasks of the Division; continue to practice combat readiness plans, organize live-fire drills at the end of 2017 close to reality; coordinate to grasp the local situation, not to be passive and surprised; agencies and units strictly maintain the rules and regulations, practice discipline, and ensure absolute safety in all aspects.
