Military Region 4 Command presents gifts to policy beneficiaries in Nghe An province
On the afternoon of December 16, the working delegation of Military Region 4 Command led by Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of the Military Region visited and encouraged policy beneficiaries in Nghi Loc district on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
The delegation included Major General Doan Xuan Buong - Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region; Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region; Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command.

The delegation offered incense to commemorate and encourage the family of Lieutenant Colonel and martyr Nguyen Tien Dung - Former Deputy Head of the Operations Department, General Staff of Military Region 4, in Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district, who died while performing flood and storm prevention duties at Rao Trang 3 Hydropower Plant, Phong Xuan commune, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province.

The delegation also visited and presented gifts to Lieutenant General, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nguyen Quoc Thuoc - Former Commander of Military Region 4 and Hero of the People's Armed Forces Hoang Van Nam, in Quan Hanh town, Nghi Loc district.

Giving gifts and encouraging the families of martyrs and policy beneficiaries, the Head of the Military Region Command expressed deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of martyrs and policy beneficiaries, and People's Armed Forces Heroes for the freedom and independence of the Fatherland today.
At the same time, we hope that relatives, policy beneficiaries, and People's Armed Forces Heroes will continue to promote revolutionary traditions, contribute experience and intelligence, actively propagate and educate their children and grandchildren, and participate in building the Army and the homeland to develop more and more.
