4th Military Region Command: Visiting and extending New Year greetings to Vientiane Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 9, 2014, a delegation from the 4th Military Region Command, led by Major General Vo Van Viet, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Military Region, visited and extended New Year greetings to Vientiane Province, Lao People's Democratic Republic. Major General Si Da Lo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vientiane Province and Commander of the Vientiane Provincial Military Command, received and worked with the delegation.

Major General Vo Van Viet, Political Commissar of Military Region 4, extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government, people, and officers and soldiers of the armed forces of Vientiane province, wishing them a peaceful and happy new year, and wishing for continued strong development in the province's economy, society, national defense, and security. The Political Commissar of Military Region 4 also sincerely thanked and expressed deep gratitude for the enthusiastic cooperation and assistance of the Party Committee and government of Vientiane province to the forces of the Military Region in exchanging information, gathering intelligence, carrying out the task of collecting the remains of fallen soldiers, and conducting exploitation, production, and business activities in the area. He also hoped that the Vientiane province would continue to assist the forces of the Military Region in successfully completing their tasks in the future.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vientiane Provincial Party Committee, Major General Si Da Lo, sincerely thanked the Military Region Command for the profound affection and special camaraderie shown to the Party Committee, people, and armed forces officers and soldiers of Vientiane province during the traditional New Year of the Lao ethnic groups. He also expressed gratitude for the assistance provided by the Military Region's forces to the local government of the province in the past. The Party Committee, government, and people of Vientiane province will continue to cooperate with the Military Region and Coecco Corporation to assist the forces in successfully carrying out all tasks in the province.

Earlier, on April 8, 2014, a delegation from Military Region 4 also visited and extended New Year greetings to Xaysomboun province in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
