Ministry of Culture requests film studio leaders not to insult artists

The Ministry of Justice assessed that several statements made by Vivaso leaders towards the studio's artists were not in accordance with standards of conduct between people.

Speaking to the press on the afternoon of October 10, Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh - Chief of Office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - said that recently, artists of Vietnam Feature Film Studio had some problems with the film studio's investors. The Ministry commented on some statements made by the investors: "Not in accordance with good customs and human-to-human behavior". The Ministry requested the business leaders to make timely adjustments.

"The Ministry, through the representative of the State capital, has requested the company's leaders to pay more attention to the thoughts and aspirations of the artists and adjust their statements to avoid causing resentment among the artists," said Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh.
